• Applicants fill out a detailed form including personal information, academic background, and extracurricular activities

• Assess fundamental typing skills to ensure applicants have the necessary dexterity and familiarity with the keyboard layout

• Conduct interviews to gauge applicants’ enthusiasm for technology and their commitment to learning. This helps identify those who are not only capable but also highly motivated.

• Review the applicants’ academic records to assess their capabilities and potential

• A committee reviews all the gathered information to make final decisions, ensuring a balanced and fair selection process

• Conduct an orientation session for selected applicants and their parents/guardians to introduce them to the program, expectations, and resources available
